1) How long does shipping take?

! PLEASE READ !
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, international shipping has become very unpredictable. The expected time should min. 2 weeks, however it's very possible for it to take even longer :(

Please only order if you're willing to wait!

~FOR INSTOCKS~

I will ship out your order within 5-7 business days, after that shipping will take around 2-4 weeks (or more) to arrive to you.

PLEASE NOTE: Once you receive an email with your tracking number, please allow 2-3 business days for the tracking to be updated.  

DISCLAIMER: I will not be responsible for any missing or damaged packages once I've sent out your items. Unfortunately, I cannot control what happens during delivery.

~FOR PREORDERS & RESTOCKS~

Production for these pins will take approximately 3-6 weeks from the preorder deadline, I will update my social medias once I receive the pins and then it might take me another 1-2 weeks to ship out the pins! 

2) Is tracking included?

Yes it is! If you don't want tracking, you can use the code "NOTRACKING" to get USD1.60 off and tracking won't be included with your shipping. However, I will not be responsible for any missing or damaged parcels!

3) Can I organize a group order(GO)?

Yes, please DM me on twitter or instagram for more details. The links to my GOMs (group order manager) will be included in the link in my social media bios.

4) What's the difference between the different grades?

All pins are handmade, therefore it is impossible to get a 100% flawless pin!

Standard/A - The best pins out of the batch, there may be faint scratches, small dust particles/air bubbles/dents or scruffs

B grade - Still looks fine overall, there will be a few more scratches/ dust particles/ air bubbles/ dents or scruffs, small needle marks, small leaked enamel & missing small metal lines

C grade -  These will have more obvious imperfections such as leaked or missing enamel, deeper scratches/ needle marks, bigger dust particles/ air bubbles/ dents or scruffs/ stains

5) Can I combine orders?

However if you have already receive a tracking number for one of your orders, you can't combine them anymore! I do not automatically help you to combine orders either unless they are placed within an hour of each other.
